Carry less enchants. The more you carry the more it's gonna hurt your team. I suggest a modified version of Sabway and toss out the prots. You should be able to "split" up easily with each team of 4 handling their own with ease. If you find you need to fall back alot and require help then you're lacking something.

The first wave is extremely easy. The key is to kill as fast as you possibly can and not allow the wave to build up. If you're killing too slow you'll eventually get overwhelmed. I use the first wave as a measure to see how much dmg I am doing. If I can't stay ahead of the mob (meaning I kill them fast enough that I can actually sit around at their spawn point and wait for them) then I'm not doing enough dmg and I will most likely fail.

Carry pain inverter with you. The biggest threat with the Glint run is the Destroyer of Compassions. Toss in a well timed pain inverter while the Compassions are swinging at your minions and "poof" they drop like flies. The second biggest threat is the Mesmers but only if you carry too many enchants, otherwise they are a walk in the park.

The Rangers carry an evasive stance so something like "wild blow" for example speeds up your run/killing.

If you need more help I can show you in-game.

Someone mentioned in an earlier post that "sticking together" is the key to winning. I would like to say that "sticking together" is just another way of saying you can't handle your own and you need help. Or another way of saying it is, you need the other guy to cover your flaws. In HM I can totally understand but NM is another story.

I always bring EoE.
It's especially effective with Splinter Barrage.
If you position it near Glint, or in the alcove type thing in between the two ramps it usually stays up for it's duration.

That's not actually what I said
I said the OP's problem might be solved by not splitting up.

I run it with two Barrage rangers with Splinter being applied by the N/Rt healers in each group.
Waiting till they clump up at each side, spreading disease with Toxicity up and having EoE around things blow up really quickly.

The first wave is actually very easy and most half decent builds will get you through the first wave.

Looks like you have a taken a page from this build:

http://pvx.wikia.com/wiki/Build:Rt/R...Super_Splinter

Having no points to beast mastery will cause all your skills to recharge for a full 10s when your pet dies, not good. You dont need the pet when you have minions.

No I quickly put together something to give him an idea but yeah I know theres Rit barrager on pvx its well known. Although PvX version needs updating pretty much every half decent barrager I came across uses [triple shot] + [nightmare weapon].

Mobs lock better on a pet than they do on minions and dervs can wipe out your entire minion army. But if you are afraid of you pet dieing then.

[build prof=rt/r box chan=14 marks=9 beast=9][barrage][splinter weapon][triple shot][nightmare weapon][favorable winds][edge of extinction][summon spirits][ebon battle standard of honor][/build]

pretty random but bleh you get the idea.

Rit barragers have been around for a long time already. It is not worth bringing the pet at 0 beast mastery because it will be a burden when it dies and it wont last long with that bar anyway. Pets are effective only if you invest on them.

You dont need summon spirits, like what Kiva said, you just need to place your EoE in the right places. Look at Nightow's suggestion for the pve skills.

Yep, they were.

You dont need to invest in your pet if you need it as a meat shield, just have something to keep it alive. B/P uses pets without investing in them, for sake of meat shields.

I dont like [i am the strongest!], one or two [barrage] and its gone. Does [by urals hammer!] effect splinter bursts?

Easily move spirits around is always useful when fighting against waves that have pop ups or aoe or w/e. Mobility is always good.

Anyway it doesnt matter as long as OP gets an idea, open your eyes this aint a rit forum.

[by urals hammer!] does affect [splinter weapon]. @15 channeling it'll do 63 damage instead of 50. Quite a nice skill to add for a splinter barrage build.

for pve is there any other builds that would synergize well with sabway as an rt?
